Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased on jukoclothing.in within 48 hours of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- Product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original Juko tags are attached and fully intact
- Item is returned in the original branded packaging
- No visible signs of use, staining, odour, or damage
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@jukoclothing.in or call +91 99XX XXX XXX within 48 hours of delivery. Mention your order number and reason for return.
Rider Pickup
One of our delivery riders will be dispatched to collect the item from your address. No couriers, no drop-off points — we come to you.
Inspection
Once the item is received at our store, our team inspects it against the eligibility criteria. This typically takes 1 business day.
Refund or Exchange
On approval, your refund is initiated to the original payment method or your exchange is dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
Size and style exchanges are available within the same 48-hour return window, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange is free — our rider collects the original and delivers the replacement in a single visit
- You can exchange for a different size, colour, or style of equal or lesser value
- If the desired item is out of stock, a full refund is issued automatically

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from our returns and refund policy:
- Items without original tags or Juko branded packaging
- Products purchased during flash sales or marked "Final Sale"
- Free products received through delay compensation
- Returns initiated beyond the 48-hour post-delivery window
- Items with visible signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage
- Accessories or add-ons marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
